Missed it.

Have you ever missed something? Not miss like missing your family or friends, but like missing an event like a shooting star, or missing a funny joke, or... you fill in the blank.

Well, early Friday morning, I missed my first earthquake ever. Yup, that's right, I guess I slept right through it. For those of you who don't know (as I didn't), Oaxaca experiences very minor earthquakes fairly frequently. So, the earthquake we had on Friday at 1:30 in the morning was 4.6 in magnitude. USGS defined it as light.

Now, please, don't think that I look forward to earthquakes. Certainly not - I'm not adventurous in that area. But, missing your first earthquake? That's kind of a bummer, eh?
